PBT declares Oct. 15 distribution; SoftVest and Blackbeard form New PBT

Permian Basin Royalty Trust (PBT) declared a $0.019593 per unit Oct. 15 distribution on 46,608,796 units. The report also says SoftVest and affiliates struck a deal with Blackbeard to form New PBT, and >15% holders sought a special meeting over indenture changes.
