Tenable reports record Q2 revenue; raises $800M convertible notes

Tenable says it delivered record Q2 revenue and customer growth supported by Tenable One expansion and a Hexa launch. The company also raised $800M via 0.25% convertible notes to refinance debt, fund buybacks and support growth.
