HYPR gets Nasdaq delisting warning; Swoop MRI enrollment completed

Hyperfine said Nasdaq issued a delisting warning after HYPR fell below $1 and the company has until March 16, 2027 to comply. Separately, Hyperfine completed enrollment in a multi-center study of its portable Swoop MRI to support a planned FDA 510(k) submission.
