Medtronic trims MiniMed via tax-free exchange

Medtronic said it is launching a tax-free exchange to reduce its ownership of MiniMed to about 89.9%, highlighting growth drivers including cardiac ablation, renal denervation, Hugo robotics and Altaviva, plus AI-enabled clinical gains and new AVIM hypertension work with Orchestra BioMed.
