3M outlines AI margin push and expands EBO optics output

3M says it will shrink its site footprint to under 100 over 3—5 years, target 25%+ operating margin next year, and deploy AI to speed supply chains and innovation. It also says it is scaling EBO dust-resistant data-center optics, now standardized with Microsoft, with doubled output and licensing.
