Abbott agrees $385M settlement; confirms $0.63 quarterly dividend

Abbott Laboratories agreed to a $385M civil settlement over alleged contaminated infant formula from its Sturgis and Casa Grande plants, said tests found no Cronobacter sakazakii in unopened distributed formula, and confirmed a $0.63 quarterly dividend payable Nov. 16, 2026.
