KDP to split into Beverage and Global Coffee in early 2027

Keurig Dr Pepper plans to split in early 2027 into a Beverage Co. (soft-drinks) and a Global Coffee Co., with the coffee unit folding in JDE Peet’s coffee operations. Bank of America estimates the Beverage unit could unlock value at roughly $31 per KDP share standalone.
