Vertex faces FDA PDUFA date, pivotal readouts and AMPLIFY data this fall

Vertex Pharmaceuticals says povetacicept has an FDA PDUFA on Nov. 30, alongside two-year kidney follow-up, pivotal pove/inaxaplin readouts, and AMPLIFY Phase IIb data due this fall. The company also notes a Crinetics buy expanding endocrine assets.
