Cipher Digital ERCOT conditional approval for two Texas projects

Cipher Digital Inc. says it received ERCOT conditional approval for two Texas data-center projects, with 807 MW operating across Barber Lake, Black Pearl and Odessa, and 270 MW cleared to connect at Reveille and Ulysses.
