Investor group seeks strategy and capital allocation at OraSure

An investor group formed Sept. 11, 2026 is pressing OraSure Technologies (OSUR) for better strategy and capital allocation and may engage the board or nominate directors for the 2027 meeting. The group’s Yorkville affiliate YA II PN (≈5.7%) and Islet Management (≈0.7%) will coordinate filings.
