ProCap Financial buybacks fund BTC sale; Silvia AI cuts costs

ProCap Financial said it has bought back ~12.2% of shares since Dec 2025, funded by selling ~50 BTC under a $100M authorization. It also reported Silvia (deployed in July) cut response time 48%, costs 59%, and increased MAUs, topping seven Hugging Face benchmarks.
