Owens Corning declares $0.79 quarterly dividend, appoints board member

Owens Corning declared a $0.79 quarterly cash dividend payable Nov. 5, 2026 to holders of record Oct. 19, 2026. The company said future payouts will depend on earnings and cash and appointed Michael J. DeVito to its board effective Sept. 16, 2026.
