Flex files spin-off for Axiom; Advaithi to lead, Hartung CEO
Flex said it is spinning off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure unit as Axiom, with a Form 10 filing and a targeted Q1 2027 completion. Revathi Advaithi would lead Axiom, while Michael Hartung would become Flex CEO. Flex also named Amy Schwetz RMS/ITS CFO and appointed two independent directors.
