Cuprina Holdings (Cayman) Limited (NASDAQ: CUPR) said its offering tied to wound-care products is expected to close around Sept. 17, 2026, following prior FDA 510(k) clearance for MEDIFLY maggots. Underwriters have a 45-day option for up to 648,373 additional Class A shares.
