Realty Income expands data-center JV and sells EU net-lease stake

Realty Income (O) is forming a $6B joint venture with Cloud Capital for Northern Virginia data-center development, retaining a 45% stake for hyperscaler site development. It also agreed to sell 49% of a €528M European net-lease portfolio to KKR, while retaining 51% ownership and continuing to manage the assets.
