American Battery Technology Co. posted fiscal 2026 revenue of $21.7M, up 407% YoY, with first adjusted gross profit near $1.7M. The company said it expanded lithium-ion recycling throughput and improved pricing, holds about $49.5M cash with no long-term debt, and is seeking a Commerce exception to export black mass.
