Live Nation expands Venue Agent coverage and Melody interactions

Live Nation says its 24/7 Venue Agent bot resolves about 95% of venue queries and routes tougher cases to the fan team. It also reports Melody, its on-demand festival guide, logged 37,000+ interactions and ~17,000 service sessions.
