Uber expands robotaxi plans and Costco delivery footprint

Uber says it will roll out thousands of Lucid/Nuro robotaxis from 2027, launch a Japan service by 2026, and expand Costco delivery to 47 states. The company also references €4.5B notes and a $40M liability.
