Vistra faces Moss Landing fire; Luminant agrees Odessa PPA

Vistra said there was a renewed fire at its Moss Landing battery site. Separately, affiliate Luminant agreed to supply 200–207 MW from Odessa under a 20-year PPA starting 2027, and Vistra took a 5% non-voting stake plus ROFR/ROO on TCDC projects.
