Hershey legal win as judge dismisses Florida packaging lawsuit

A judge dismissed a Florida class action against Hershey over Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins packaging for lack of standing. Hershey is also marketing with NFL player Caleb Downs tied to pregame routines.
