Kazera Global PLC: GM resolutions passed, shares admitted

Kazera Global PLC announces that all resolutions were duly passed at its General Meeting on Sept. 21, 2026. Applications have been made for the admission of 29,404,166 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM, expected to become effective around Sept. 22, 2026.
