Applied Digital reports ~1.4 GW contracted; shares jump after Wells Fargo coverage

Applied Digital (APLD) said it has ~1.4 GW contracted across five data centers, tied to 15-year take-or-pay leases with two hyperscalers and CoreWeave. The stock rose about 7.5% to $26.21 after Wells Fargo started coverage and named it a top idea.
