Exail Technologies, acting with the Gorgé family group, reported it fell below 25% of Prodways Group on March 31, 2025. The concert held 12,925,277 shares, equal to 24.98% of capital, representing 13,082,910 voting rights, or 22.83%. Gorgé separately reported it fell below 20% of voting rights on Aug. 6, 2026. Gorgé held 6,714,558 shares, equal to 20% of capital, representing 19.44% of voting rights. The concert held 7,056,810 shares on Aug. 27, 2026, equal to 21.02% of capital, representing 7,171,030 voting rights, or 20.91%.
