Goldman Sachs raises Alstom stake to 5.82%

Goldman Sachs Group held 26,932,950 shares in Alstom, equal to 5.82% of the company, as of Sept. 2. This followed an off-market share purchase by Goldman Sachs International which had previously lifted its stake to 5.55% on Sept. 2, crossing the 5% threshold. The holding totaled 25,681,697 shares with the same number of voting rights.
