Oura announces launch of initial public offering

Oura, a health intelligence platform and maker of the smart ring, announced that it has launched its initial public offering of 50,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering consists of 13,500,000 shares offered by Oura and 36,500,000 shares offered by certain of Oura's existing stockholders. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $40.00 and $44.00 per share.
