New Era Energy & Digital signs 20-year power supply deal with Vistra

New Era Energy & Digital signed a 20-year PPA with Vistra affiliate Luminant for 200 MW to 207 MW for its Texas Critical Data Center Phase 1. Power will come from Vistra’s 1,180 MW natural gas plant in Odessa, Texas. Contracted supply is expected to be available in Q3 2027.
