Survey: Employees say therapy overuse driven by workplace stress, employers pay

A new global survey from Modern Health reveals 71% of employees link seeking care to workplace stress, while 60% believe there's over-reliance on therapy. Employers are financing a level of care many workers feel exceeds their actual needs.
