Alkermes reports positive Phase 1b data for ALKS 7290 in adult ADHD

Alkermes reported positive Phase 1b topline results for ALKS 7290 in adults with ADHD. The investigational orexin 2 receptor agonist showed clinically meaningful symptom improvement versus baseline, supporting further development in ADHD. Safety profile was generally tolerable in healthy volunteers and adult patients; no serious treatment-emergent adverse events were reported.
