Kodiak Gas Services signs six-year deal to supply 76 MW power to West Texas data center

Kodiak Gas Services has signed a six-year agreement to supply 76 MW of baseload power to a West Texas data center. The deal includes balance of plant, and Kodiak plans to deploy approximately 40 natural gas reciprocating generation units. Deployment is scheduled to begin in Q4 2026 and scale into Q1 2027, with revenue recognition expected in Q1 2027. The data center operator is contracted with an investment-grade-rated hyperscaler, and a GPU designer will guarantee the data center lease.
