Magnachip, Navitas Semiconductor agree $5 mln equity investment

Magnachip Semiconductor will issue and sell 1,461,988 shares of its common stock to Navitas Semiconductor at $3.42 per share for aggregate proceeds of $5 million. The transaction is expected to close on or about September 24, 2026.
