Qatar says LNG operations could resume within weeks of Hormuz reopening
Qatar’s Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi said Qatar could restore normal operations at parts of its LNG facilities within weeks after the Strait of Hormuz reopens, though expected damage from Iranian attacks may constrain output.
Qatar could restore normal operations at parts of its liquefied natural gas facilities within weeks of the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi said. He said extensive damage from Iranian attacks is expected to constrain operations.
