Lloyds names Nick Williams CEO of new Partner Finance unit

Lloyds Banking Group named Nick Williams as CEO of its Partner Finance unit, effective Oct. 1, subject to approval. Williams is currently managing director of the group’s Transport business. Jayne Opperman, interim CEO, will leave the group at year-end.
