Glencore wins UK court approval for $236 million lawsuit against collapsed refinery

London's High Court has ruled that commodities trader Glencore can pursue a lawsuit against the now-insolvent Prax's Lindsey refinery for around $236 million worth of crude oil supplied before the firm's collapse.
