Kosmos Energy to redeem $25 million of senior notes

Kosmos Energy has issued a notice to partially redeem USD 25 million of its 7.750% senior notes due 2027, with the redemption expected to occur on Sept. 30, 2026. The company may pursue additional optional redemptions before the notes' final maturity.
