President Bakery Approves Acquisition of E-commerce Digital Ai Thai Shares

President Bakery PCL passed a resolution approving the acquisition of not more than 13.5 million newly issued ordinary shares of E-commerce Digital Ai Thai, with a total consideration of 1.35 billion baht.
