M&A Equity Holdings names Thong Mei Chuen chairperson

M & A Equity Holdings Berhad announced the redesignation of Miss Thong Mei Chuen from Non-Executive Director to Non-Executive Chairperson, effective September 21, 2026. Ms. Thong, 44, has prior experience in equity capital markets at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, and held positions at Genting Hong Kong, Insas Berhad, and Microlink Solutions Berhad. She is the daughter of Dato' Sri Thong Kok Khee, a major shareholder of Insas Berhad, the holding company of M & A Equity Holdings Berhad.
