Midnight Sun Mining enters earn-in deal for Zambia licence

Midnight Sun Mining Corp. has entered into an earn-in and operating agreement with Mulundu Holdings for the 62 sq km Mulundu Licence in Zambia. The deal targets a potential northwest extension of the Dumbwa Trend. An upfront payment of USD 25,000 is due within one week. The company can earn a 51% interest by sole-funding CAD 750,000 of exploration and development within 24 months of environmental clearance, and can lift its interest to 80% by spending an additional CAD 3 million within 36 months.
