Bioceres ordered to pay $1.4 million in damages, fees in New York court

A New York state court granted Jasper Lake Ventures One summary judgment on damages against Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. The ruling awards damages as set out in the motion papers, with per diem interest accruing from July 23, 2026 until judgment entry. Bioceres and guarantor defendants also face $1.4 million in costs and attorneys' fees, owed jointly and severally. The company plans to appeal.
