AMMB Holdings Berhad unit's RM331 mln Menara Ambank acquisition becomes unconditional

AMMB Holdings Berhad said on Tuesday that the conditional sale and purchase agreement for its unit AmBank (M) Berhad to acquire Menara Ambank for RM331 million has become unconditional. The approval from AmFirst Real Estate Investment Trust unitholders for the disposal of the property was obtained at an extraordinary general meeting today.
