Shopee Chief Product Officer Jingye Chen sold 59,000 Sea Class A ordinary shares on Sep. 17-18 at prices between $100.24 and $103.01 per share, disposing of stock worth $6,086,145.84. Chen's indirect stake held through a BVI entity fell to 60,000 shares, while he reported holding 9.13 million Class A ordinary shares directly following the transactions.
