Air Global unit AIR Limited launches USD senior unsecured notes offering

Air Global's wholly owned unit AIR Limited launched a U.S. Dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes offering. Proceeds will be used to repay term loan facility borrowings and revolving credit facility borrowings, with remaining funds targeted for general corporate purposes. The notes will be guaranteed on a senior basis by Air Global and certain AIR Limited subsidiaries. Pricing terms, including interest rate, will be set at launch, subject to market conditions.
