Coelacanth Energy grants stock options, RSUs to VP engineering hire

Coelacanth Energy Inc. granted Jonathon Hanson, its new VP of Engineering, 800,000 stock options and 525,000 restricted share units. The options have a CAD 0.70 exercise price and a five-year term, with 33⅓% vesting on each of the first three years. The RSUs vest over three years and settle in common shares.
