Ethan Allen has begun a formal search for a new chief executive, aiming to select a successor by June 30, 2027. The board's independent governance committee has engaged a national executive search firm to identify candidates. Current CEO Farooq Kathwari will continue in his role until the transition is complete and will then serve as a non-executive director until the 2027 annual meeting.
