Ethan Allen launches CEO succession process; new CEO by June 30, 2027

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. launched a formal CEO succession process and said it will announce a new CEO no later than June 30, 2027. Current CEO Farooq Kathwari will remain CEO through then and serve briefly as a non-executive director.
