Somerley Capital says Sky Links offer conditions still largely unmet

Sky Links Group’s proposed acquisition of Somerley Capital Holdings would trigger possible mandatory unconditional cash offers for all remaining shares. The offeror continued engagement with the SFC, reporting progress toward approval to become a substantial shareholder of the group’s licensed corporations. Aside from Conditions (i) and (iii), other conditions to the sale and purchase agreement remained unfulfilled or unwaived as of Sept. 21, 2026. Timing for dispatch of the composite offer document remained pending, with an update expected once conditions are satisfied.
