Dialog Group: Employees Provident Fund acquired 1.4466 million shares

Malaysian oil and gas company Dialog Group Bhd said on Tuesday that Employees Provident Fund acquired 1.4466 million shares in the company on Sept. 15. The acquisition represents a direct interest. The total number of shares held by the EPF after the change is 1,342,064,395.
