Hexindo Adiperkasa shareholders approve profit allocation, auditor and board changes

Shareholders of PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk approved a cash dividend of USD 11.19 million (USD 0.0133 per share), the appointment of Purwanto Susanti dan Surja as auditor for the year ending March 31, 2027, and board changes including Dwi Swasono as president director and Harry Danui as president commissioner.
