Axiata unit Xpand Investments (Labuan) Limited dissolved

Axiata Group Berhad announced that its unit, Xpand Investments (Labuan) Limited, which was placed under Members' Voluntary Winding Up on June 23, 2025, was dissolved on September 20, 2026. The winding up is not expected to have a material effect on Axiata Group's earnings or net assets for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
