Kobay Technology director indirect interest rises after share acquisition

Kobay Technology Berhad said MR KOAY ZEE EE’s indirect interest increased following acquisition of 151,000 ordinary shares on 18/09/2026 at RM341,028.14 consideration. The indirect/deemed interest after the change is 37.680% (120,645,484 units) based on 320,180,803 ordinary shares after deducting 6,000,000 treasury shares; notice received 21/09/2026.
