Cosmo launches $1.63 billion mixed-use project on Yas Island

Cosmo Developments, a Flag Holding and Reportage Group joint venture, launched The Wadi mixed-use residential development on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. The project is 6 billion UAE dirhams ($1.63 billion) and covers 140,700 sq m along Yas Canal.
